| Resourcefulness and innovation are important tools which have helped us stay ahead in the business. We are constantly upgrading our skills and developing new technology for our farm operations, water re-cycle system and product testing. |
| One of our greatest achievements is the Aquaponics water re-cycle system. It uses aquatic plants to remove impurities and wastes. The water for fish culture is recycled and purified continuously, ensuring a good supply of quality water. |

| We aim to conserve the environment by reducing the use of utility water, chemical for fishes and volume of wastewater discharge. Our water conservation programme reflects our commitment to protect the environment, not only for ourselves, but also for the livestock. | ||

Computerisation has also streamlined our work and increased productivity, especially with a water recording system installed across the farm. The 24-hour computer monitoring system checks the integrity of water in the ponds and recycling tanks at every 5-second interval, to ensure the best water quality (see picture on the left) . Water parameters such as re-dox, pH, do, temperature, hardness, among others are checked, before the water is pumped into the quarantine and grow-out area. Readings are taken by sensor transmitters (see bottom right corner of left picture), installed across the farm, and then sent to our staff in the office for supervision. |
| Large investments has been devoted to research and development. Through research, we not only master the art of quarantine by adopting the use of the latest water recycling technology. We also create our own fish feed, to help strengthen the immune system of the fishes and further enhance their colour. | |
