Advance payment is required from all customers.

All fishes are packed in high density poly foam boxes. High density packing is only recommended for short distance flight of up to 26 hours, while normal packing applies for long distance flights.

We provide live arrival guarantee and set normal mortality rate at less than 5 %. In any event, however, that mortality rate should be higher than normal; the customer will only be required to pay for live and healthy stock upon arrival.

We accept a minimum order of 100 kilograms. Special arrangements can be made, but is subjected to airline approval.

Health certificate will be issued upon customer's request.

Delivery and shipment will be processed at the earliest possible flight upon receipt of payment.
